1. Shipping methods & delivery countries
We currently only ship within Germany. Shipping is handled by reliable logistics partners such as DHL, DPD, or Hermes.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are a flat rate of €3.95 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €50.
3. Delivery time
Delivery usually takes place within 6–9 business days after receipt of payment. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
4. Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
5. Transport damage
Please inspect the goods upon receipt. If any items are damaged, please contact our customer service immediately.
